The things people actually ask
Is the trial really free?
Fourteen days, no card, and no sales call. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account simply stops — we do not start charging quietly.
Are these prices in NZD?
Yes, per user per month in New Zealand dollars, excluding GST. Australian customers are billed in NZD at the same rate.
Do I pay extra for the integrations?
No. Email and Stripe payment links are on every plan, and Xero and MYOB come with Pro. You pay Stripe their usual transaction fee. Email is included on hosted GoSmoko.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in. A tradie who only logs time counts the same as an admin. Customers viewing a quote or paying an invoice are not users and are never charged for.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down applies at your next billing date so you are never cut off mid-month.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Export what you need, and anything already pushed to Xero or MYOB is in your ledger regardless. We delete your account data on request.
