Quote and invoice delivery
Marking a quote or invoice as sent emails the customer a branded message with a secure link to view and pay.
Automatic sender detection
GoSmoko reads the verified domains on your email account and selects a valid from-address so nothing bounces on setup.
Welcome and account email
Transactional email for new team members uses the same key, so you manage one sender identity.

Delivery and open tracking
Surface delivered, opened, and bounced events against the quote or invoice that triggered them.

Setup
Connecting Email, step by step

Copy your email API key
From the email API dashboard open Settings → API Keys and copy an existing key or create one. Keys look like sk_live_… or sk_test_….

Paste it below and save
That is the only field. GoSmoko confirms the key works, stores it encrypted, and turns email on.

Confirm your sending domain
GoSmoko shows the verified domains on your account and uses one for the from-address. If none are verified yet, email is held rather than sent to a spam folder.

Send yourself a test
Use the Send test email button on this page. It goes to your own address so you can check branding before a customer sees it.
You will need
- An email API key from the GoSmoko operator, or your own sending account.
- A verified sending domain on that account for production email.
Limits worth knowing
- Inbound email is not handled — replies go to your from-address, not into GoSmoko.
- This is transactional job email only, not marketing campaigns.
